Updated terms for our repair service 

At Beijer Electronics we continuously work to improve our products and services. Product repair is one of the areas where we want to be able to provide you with an improved service. And in order for our repair and support teams to conduct a proper analysis, it is crucial that we receive detailed information of the problem.

Therefore, from October 1st 2019, pre-registration of requested repairs is mandatory. You pre-register a repair by contacting our technical support department. 

If we, after October 1st 2019, should receive non-registered products for repair, we will add a mandatory registration fee of $50 (or equivalent in other currencies). This is applicable for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
