Beijer Electronics x SOIC Marine Solutions at InnoVEX Exhibition

Maritime technology startup SOIC Marine Solutions Co., Ltd. (SMS) unveiled its latest "AI Sailor + Auto-Pilot" smart navigation solution at the 2025 InnoVEX Innovation Exhibition. The company has invited Beijer Electronics, a global leader in human-machine interface (HMI) technology, to jointly showcase their efforts in promoting maritime automation and navigation safety. 

According to the 2023 Maritime Report, ship accidents account for 60% of total losses, with sinking being the primary cause, posing a significant threat to maritime workers. In response, SOIC has introduced the "AI Sailor + Auto-Pilot" smart navigation solution, which integrates IP cameras, GPS, echo sounders, radar, AIS (Automatic Identification System), and auto-pilot systems. This solution offers situational awareness, risk warnings, and assisted driving capabilities, effectively enhancing navigation safety and operational efficiency.

Beijer Electronics is showcasing its X2 marine rugged smart HMI series, designed specifically for maritime applications. These HMIs feature high-brightness screens, waterproof and salt spray-resistant designs, and robust structures, providing a stable and reliable control platform for smart navigation systems.
